Nilesh began at Morgan Stanley in 2001 in trade support for cash equities settlements. In 2005 he joined ING Bank as SWAPs trader covering Europe and the Americas. He was later recruited by Bank of America Merrill Lynch to the Global Markets Securities & Financing division, rising to Senior Trader and Director on the Equities Delta One desk with average annual revenues of USD 100mm.
